What the consultation actually looks like.
One of our crew (often Eleanor herself for full-home installs) at your home with a case of real samples — basswood blocks, PVC panels, every colour swatch, brass and matte black hardware. We walk through every room, listen to how you use the space, measure each aperture, and talk through the architectural detail.
You'll have material in hand, a sense of what fits the home, and a clear timeline. There is no pressure to commit at the end. The follow-up — a written quote with photos of your chosen material — arrives within five business days.
