Bondi

Bondi coastal master suite

A Bondi terrace renovation. The bedroom faced east into the morning sun — beautiful, but blinding. We measured for full-height basswood shutters with 89mm louvres, hand-painted in ivory, and installed inside the existing reveal. The owners can now wake up to filtered light, or close the louvres flat for total privacy from the street. Lifetime guarantee, installed in one morning.

Vaucluse

Vaucluse — 11-room whole-home install

An 11-room install across a Vaucluse home, run over five weeks. The formal lounge, dining and library got Onyx basswood with brass hinges for a deeper architectural feel. Bedrooms, ensuites and the kitchen got Ivory. Every aperture measured individually — including a tricky arched window in the formal entry — and signed off in writing with a fixed price before a single panel was made.

Paddington

Paddington Victorian terrace front room

A Paddington heritage terrace front room with three tall sash windows. Standard agencies install Z-frames in front of the architrave; we drew up a custom slim L-frame to sit inside the reveal and tuck under the ornate Victorian cornice. Linen-coloured basswood, brass hinges, hidden tilt rod. The shutters disappear into the room — exactly what the owners wanted.
