Basswood
Lightweight North American hardwood with a tight, even grain. Takes paint and stain beautifully. The classic choice — what we install in 70% of Halcyon homes.
PVC
Pre-coloured, water-resistant, dimensionally stable. Won't warp, swell or peel in steam. The right specification for bathrooms, ensuites and laundries.
Aluminium
Powder-coated marine-grade aluminium. Designed for verandahs, alfresco areas and any window facing salt or weather. Engineered to outlast the house.
Hand-finished in six classic colours.
Each shade hand-applied and oven-cured in the workshop. Won't yellow, chip or fade. Need a custom colour or paint-match? We do that too — just bring the swatch.
Warm white. Our most-chosen shade.
Muted cream. Reads natural in soft light.
Mid-tone timber stain. Shows the grain.
Deep brown. For heritage and library rooms.
Soft grey-green. Bold but quiet.
Architectural black. Modern interiors.

Tilt rod
Standard centre rod, or the hidden link option for an uninterrupted louvre face.
Hinges
Solid brass, brushed nickel or matte black powder-coat. Lifetime-rated.
L-frame
Slim 45mm timber surround that sits inside the reveal. Painted to match.
Z-frame
Deeper 75mm projection for windows without a reveal. Heritage-friendly.
Bi-fold / sliding
Track-mounted panels for cavity windows, walk-in robes and room dividers.
Louvre size
63mm, 89mm or 114mm. Wider louvres = more view, less privacy gain.
