Emergency drains

Blocked drains, cleared tonight

Backed-up shower, gurgling toilet, water where it shouldn’t be — our drain vans carry high-pressure jet-rodders and CCTV cameras, so the blockage isn’t just cleared, it’s found, filmed and fixed at the cause. You see the pipe on screen before and after.

Hot water

Cold shower at 6am, hot by tonight

Repairs first — we carry the common valves, elements and thermocouples to get most systems going on the spot. If it’s dead, we’ll quote a fixed, installed price on a new gas, electric or heat-pump system and have it running the same day. Old unit gone, new one certified.

Gas — licensed, certified

Gas smells are never a tomorrow job

A rotten-egg smell means you call, we move. A licensed gas fitter locates the leak, makes the property safe and issues the compliance certificate on the spot. Heaters, cooktops, bayonets and new runs — all certified, all documented.

Asked at 2am, answered here

Is the call-out really $0?

When we do the work, yes — the call-out fee is waived on any repair. If you only want us to look and quote, attendance is $49, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead within 30 days.

Do you charge more after hours?

No. The fixed price for a job is the same at 2pm and 2am, weekends included. Emergencies don’t keep business hours, so neither does our price list.

How fast can you actually get here?

Crews are stationed across Melbourne, so most emergencies see a van in 30–60 minutes. You’re given tonight’s honest ETA when you call, and a live-updating one by SMS once you book.

Are you licensed for gas work?

Yes — licensed gas fitters, not general plumbers, attend every gas job. Leaks are located, made safe and issued a compliance certificate on the spot. Licence numbers are in the footer and on every van.

What if it can’t be fixed on the first visit?

Our vans are stocked for around 9 in 10 emergency fixes. If a part has to be ordered, we make the property safe, give you a fixed quote for the return visit, and never charge a second call-out.
