"Three months in and my son's 100m time dropped by nearly half a second. More importantly, he loves training again — not dreading it. The coaching is serious but the energy is positive."

"We brought Next Gen Sprints in for an 8-week pre-season block. The whole squad came out of it faster — measurable on the 40m. Coaches on the day were noticeably quicker in match play within weeks."
"I came back to sprinting at 42 after years off. Built me a program that respected my joints but pushed me hard. Just ran my first sub-13s in five years. Honestly didn't think it was possible."
Four programs, one philosophy: faster mechanics, stronger output, smarter race-day execution. Pick the format that fits your athlete — we'll handle the rest.

Private sessions on a Sydney athletics track. Full movement screen, custom 8-week program, weekly review. The fastest route from current PB to next PB.

Measurable PB drops — typical improvement of 0.2-0.6s over an 8-week block.
Acceleration mechanics that translate to every field sport — first 10m matters more than top speed.
Stronger hamstrings, cleaner stride pattern, less hot-spots. Most of our athletes finish seasons healthier.
The mental side — pre-race routine, warm-up protocol, lane focus. The stuff that separates training PBs from race PBs.
If you're one of these, we already know how to work with you. If you're not sure — book a free phone consult and we'll tell you straight up.
Kids and teens with a serious interest in athletics. We build a long-term athletic base — speed, strength and movement quality that supports any sport they end up choosing.
Rugby, football, basketball, AFL, hockey. Speed is the most under-trained quality in team sport — we install the mechanics most strength coaches don't have time for.
Weekend warriors, masters competitors, comeback athletes. Smart programming around the body you actually have today — not the one you had at 22.
Every athlete starts the same way. Predictable process, individual program.
15 minutes. We hear your goals, current training, injury history. You hear whether we're the right fit — no pressure, no pitch.
In-person on a Sydney track (or video submission for virtual). We screen sprint mechanics, mobility, strength baselines and timing.
A real program — written for your event, body and schedule. Track sessions, gym work, recovery protocol, weekly progressions.
Weekly check-ins, monthly retests, quarterly program rewrites. Athletes who stay with us long-term keep improving long-term.
You don't get faster only by running. Power output — what the gym builds — is the ceiling on how fast you can ever sprint.
Every Next Gen Sprints program pairs track work with strength work. Olympic lifting, plyometrics, posterior-chain dominance. Built around your current strength level, never copy-pasted.
The straight answers to what parents, athletes and coaches usually ask us first.
We start with athletes from age 10. Below that, we recommend free play and general movement — formal sprint training before age 10 doesn't add much and can take away from athletic curiosity. Junior programs are built age-appropriate, with a strong emphasis on coordination and fun before competition.
For most athletes, 2-3 sessions per week is the sweet spot — typically two track sessions plus one strength session. Junior athletes often start with 1-2 sessions and build up. Team programs run in pre-season blocks of 2-3 sessions per week, then taper into the competition phase.
Running shoes (spikes are not required for the first few sessions), shorts or tights, and a moisture-wicking top. Bring water and a small towel. For track sessions in winter, layers — Sydney winter mornings can bite. We supply all timing gear, cones, hurdles and resistance equipment.
You film key sessions and submit via a shared folder. We review form, give detailed video feedback, and adjust your program weekly. Live video calls for technical work, in-app messaging for everything else. It works best for athletes who already have access to a track or basic gym — equipment-wise it's not heavy.
Yes. Team blocks (pre-season or in-season) are quoted per squad — typically 6-25 athletes. We also run small-group sessions (3-6 athletes) at a lower per-head rate than 1-on-1. Get in touch with your group size and we'll send a tailored quote.
Every NSW school holiday block. Camps run as 2-4 day intensives in Sydney for junior athletes (ages 10-18). Limited spots — we cap group size to keep coaching quality high. Booking opens roughly 8 weeks before each holiday period. Get on the waitlist via the form below.
Tell us a bit about the athlete and what you're chasing. We'll come back within one business day with the right program, the right format, and a clear next step. No obligation.
